FAQ

Which headsets are supported?

UDCAP VR Gloves support the Quest series, Vive series, Valve, Pimax, Pico, Bigscreen, and other headsets. In theory, as long as your headset can stream SteamVR, it can be compatible with the gloves.
Please note: You must use the gloves while your headset is streaming with SteamVR.

Which tracking solutions are supported?

UDCAP VR Gloves primarily support Vive Tracker 2.0, Tracker 3.0, Tundra Tracker, Ultimate Tracker, and Quest Controllers. For these tracking solutions, we provide dedicated mounting bases and preset spatial parameters within the software.
In addition, you can also attach IMU trackers or other controllers to the back of the gloves in your own way and manually configure the spatial parameters.

Which VR games are supported?

UDCAP VR Gloves function as Index controllers in SteamVR, which means they are theoretically compatible with all SteamVR games.
We recommend games that support SteamVR skeletal input and offer more natural hand interactions, such as VRChat, Half-Life: Alyx, Blade & Sorcery, and Microsoft Flight Simulator.

What about the warranty policy?

UDCAP VR Gloves currently use Elastic 2.0, which greatly enhances durability and corrosion resistance, completely eliminating the risk of sensor damage during everyday use. However, since the gloves themselves are made of knitted fabric, they may experience normal wear and tear over time—similar to regular clothing. This will not affect hand-tracking performance.
The hardware module of UDCAP VR Gloves comes with a 1-year replacement warranty, and the fabric glove body is covered by a 6-month replacement warranty.The replacement warranty service covers major regions worldwide. After the warranty period, you can still purchase replacement parts from UDCAP SHOP.
